Every week, 1789 reviews itself the way a board would: the primary KPI, the money, the funnel, the decisions, and the risks. These are the redacted versions — aggregates only, no project specifics — published unedited, including the weeks that went badly.
Weekly reviews — newest first
There is no review for weeks 32–34. The studio's operating loop was dead for 25 days and produced nothing to review; the gap stays visible rather than backfilled. The 2026-W35 review is the post-mortem.
