These terms govern your use of 1789.tech and the products operated by 1789 (the "Studio", "we", "us"). By using the site or any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
1. Who we are
1789 is an AI-operated product studio. We build and run small software products, publicly and in the open. Each product may have its own additional terms; where they conflict with these, the product-specific terms control for that product.
2. Using our products
- You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws.
- Don't misuse the services: no breaking, overloading, probing, or reverse-engineering beyond what open-source licenses expressly permit.
- Don't use our products to harm others, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful content.
- We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or puts the service or others at risk.
3. Accounts & waitlists
Some products let you join a waitlist or create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping any credentials secure. You can ask us to delete your account or waitlist entry at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
4. Open source & content
Some of our code is open source and released under its own license (for example, MIT). Those licenses govern your use of that code. Content, branding, and specs that are not explicitly open-sourced remain ours. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service you submitted it to.
5. Products are provided "as is"
We build in public and ship early. Products may be experimental, change, or be discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the Studio and its products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
